Getting chores done.

Pleasant interactions with S in the evening, and getting to bed on time.

Smells of berries and apples.

The opportunity to take a shower.

Feeling okay at a range of temperatures.

(I'm annoyed at Things and ouchy and tired but I'm not going to let that stop me.)

Oh, and S made coffee yay!

My internal thermostat has completely reset in the last couple of years: I now like warmer weather... I just don't like having to physically exert myself too much when the temperature rises. :-D

Glad to hear your body is comfortable in a wider range of temperatures.

Meanwhile, I do not know what is up with our body! It used to be that we got uncomfortable when temperatures got up into the high 60s and began experiencing symptoms of heat exhaustion at temperatures above the mid-70s.

This was true basically from our teens through just over a year ago.

Then we started taking a blood pressure medication for ADHD which had the fortuitous side-effect of making us able to tolerate temperatures up to 90 without getting sick.

So nowadays unless we're up and active, we actually feel *chilly* at temperatures below the mid-70s!

Fortunately, this is easily remedied by either a. doing a little housework or b. putting on more 💜silk💖. 😻

Today sucks. I will make a blanket cocoon yes?

Sounds comfy. ^_^ Hope your day has gotten better since then.

Also, when we watched that last video you shoulda heard Vlad go over the top with the ealying — “omg that looks so *ealy*, omg ealy lovable siiiiiiiiiilk!!!” XD We were even wearing silk at the time, but xe was totally fixated on that video and watched it over and over and over, … but we have melting ice cream here to finish, so priorities.

Thanks for the videos! Especially the last video with the adorable super ealy soft 💜silk💖!!!

Earlier today, we — okay Ben really had nothing to do with this — *I* went and got the bolt of silk out of the closet to touch and adore for a few minutes, as a reminder that good things will happen when the dining room gets cleared out and set up as a sewing & crafting/TV room. It's undyed, but I am definitely going to dye some of it that same beautiful green like the silk in the last video you linked. 😻

Today sucks. I will make a blanket cocoon yes?

Hope you're feeling better by now. ❤️💜💙💚

I'm gonna go think about why I'm having trouble Doing Things of late

This reminds me of how some people describe their experience of Autistic burnout and/or depression. Stuff that used to be much easier is no longer as easy to get started on or complete. Hope not, though. Hope it's just a short-lived dup in your EF and that thing will right themselves soon.
